Service Description
The introductory course offers a broad introduction to the various aspects of clay. Discover various hand-forming techniques, from working with slabs of clay to coiling, where you create and join rolls together. You'll also learn how to work with a mold. Various decorative techniques, engobes (clay slip), and glazes will be explained. You'll also learn how to use the various equipment in the studio. Of course, there's also time to explore the potter's wheel, if you're interested. The course has a maximum of 8 participants. It will proceed only if there are at least 5 participants.

Cancellation Policy
An introductory course is for a fixed number of lessons. Students can make up missed lessons at an open studio session. This can be arranged with the instructor.
