Clay Time Studio Delft opened on June 1st. We're so glad you found us! Our aim is that you have fun with clay. Book some clay time for yourself. In a comfortable setting. Choose your spot: at a table, a sculpting block, or the potter's wheel. While you're working, you'll meet new, fun people. Discover our Open Studio sessions and courses.
Our Mission
Discover the magic of clay, the joy of creating, the relaxation, and the fun of discovering new things together. Experience the wonder of your creation when it emerges from the kiln, and the surprise and sometimes frustration when it turns out differently than you'd hoped. It's all part of the experience.
Studio Clay Time is, above all, a community. Where we help each other. Together we maintain the studio. It's a unique place that we cherish together. We clean up everything together and recycle the clay and glaze whenever possible.

How it started
How it all began
We had a nice ceramics group at a community center in Delft's TU Delft district. When the studio closed in 2025, we wanted to continue working with ceramics. We discovered there weren't many places we could go.
Entrepreneur Carina de Walle was one of the participants. She already had a communications agency and then took the plunge and founded Studio Clay Time. Studio Clay Time opened in June 2025 at Staalweg 1 in Delft.
