Carina de Walle
Studio owner and teacher
Carina de Walle caught the ceramics bug as a child. After her studies, she started collecting ceramics and became interested in ceramics again through a friend, ceramic artist Rielle Beekmans. She took classes at Studio Steengoed for years and that's how she got into teaching. Carina also regularly takes courses to further develop her skills.
When her previous studio closed down, she took the plunge and founded Clay Time. She runs the studio alongside her own communications consultancy, Carwal.
Carina: "Welcome to my studio. I find clay so surprising, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Let yourself be captivated by the magic!"

Annemieke Dijkhuizen
teacher
Annemieke was a graphic designer for 28 years, but then it was time for something new! Since 2024, she has been working at Kleigek and teaches ceramics at several studios, including De Vak , De Zwaan in Gouda, and now also at Clay Time.
Since 2016, she has been taking classes at De Vak in Delft. Starting in 2022, she completed a two-year in-house training program with ceramicist Margreet Koelewijn. She still regularly attends ceramics courses to broaden her knowledge.
Annemieke: "I'd like to invite you to embark on the clay adventure and clear your head, while creating all sorts of things from the clay with your hands."
