New Location Clay Time

Dear students and members,
We would like to inform you about Clay Time's move. We have some wonderful news. We will have a permanent location starting this summer! Unfortunately, we are still waiting to finalize the arrangements for a temporary location. As soon as we have more clarity, an additional newsletter will follow.

New construction site Clay Time
New construction building Rotterdamseweg 362
Hooray! We are getting our own new build at Rotterdamseweg 360. We are very happy about it!
The location
It is in the first section of Rotterdamseweg, before the viaduct with Kruithuisweg. It is a beautiful, spacious building with a mezzanine and an upper floor. It is situated next to the Proteus rowing club, diagonally opposite Hudito, and close to cultural center X. It is easily accessible by bicycle and car and is within walking distance of Campus station.
The schedule
Construction is already well underway. The walls are being put up this week. We expect to be able to move this summer. More information will follow in the coming months.
Temporary location from the end of October
Through the current landlord, Clay Time will likely be able to move to a new temporary location in Delft. It is situated in a central spot in Delft with public transport in the immediate vicinity. The plan is for us to receive the keys at the beginning of October, but unfortunately, the contract has not yet been finalized. We need to be patient for a little while. In the meantime, we are further developing a moving schedule. As soon as it is finalized, a new email will follow with the location, the schedule for the move, and the new courses.
Make up for a missed class
We are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to make up missed lessons. If you miss a class, you can catch up during the series, so before the end of October . This option expires after the end of the lesson series! You can sign up for a make-up class on the board at the entrance. There is always space at the open studio on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. You will not receive a formal lesson then, but will be given a brief introduction. For the other classes, you can only sign up if there is space (max. 2 people). If you are catching up during a pottery class, you may use the white potter's wheels. You can only use a blue wheel if there is sufficient space.
